Return Policy

At Be You Boutique, our biggest goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it right!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team upon arrival so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be shipped back to us within 15 days* of the date that you received your order.
  • Anything purchased from the Pinterest Corner Special Order is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price/clearance is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn, free of cigarette smoke, dog hair and odor. In the event the product is not in its original form, as determined by Be You Boutique, will be shipped back to the customer at the CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
  • Include your return form and original receipt. (Without the return form, we have no idea who you are. Unfortunately, we cannot always read the return address on the packages)
  • ALL Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.


The following items are NON- RETURNABLE (No Exceptions)

  • Hair accessories
  • Jewelry (Earrings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Rings)
  • Bodysuits or swimwear
  • Hats
  • Any item that may have been worn or carries an odor (Odors such as perfume, body odor, smoke, or staining from the customer)
  • Items that the tags have been removed from.



*Please allow 5-7 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 15 day window.

*Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.


We have a limited number of each style featured on the site and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. Luckily, once your package is received and your refund is approved we will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card sent via email right away! If the right size in the right style is available, you can use your gift card to purchase it right away!

Gift Cards (Store Credit)

  • If you have your eye more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout.
  • Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire five years from the date issued.
  • Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.


Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We pride ourselves on super speedy shipping, which means these boutique assistants are packing and shipping orders fast! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed

Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see a top that you have to have? Well, we have. First, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if the boutique assistants have not already processed your order (usually within 2-4 hours). We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order for the item you cannot live without, and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at and include both order numbers in your message.
